TIANA LOUISE OSAKWE.

What would your culture look like if it actually matched your values?

I work with organisations and communities to close the gap between who they say they are and how people actually experience them — through consultancy, speaking, facilitation and event design.

Hi, I’m Tiana.

I've spent years working at the intersection of race, culture and belonging: researching the experiences of Black Gen Z, leading culture and EDI strategy, designing events that move people, and speaking on platforms across the UK. Creativity is my vehicle, and people are always the point.

Alongside my consultancy work, I lead and invest in a young adult community - which means I understand, more than most, what it actually takes to build cultures where people don't just show up, but grow.

As trusted by:

The Philosophy.

Real culture change doesn't come from a policy document or a one-day workshop. It comes from organisations willing to do the honest, sometimes uncomfortable work of understanding how people experience them — and then doing something about it.

That's where I come in. I'll work with you to understand the problem you're actually facing, not just the one that's easiest to name.

Here’s how I can help.

Consultancy

Culture strategy, EDI audits and implementation, research and reporting. For organisations ready to move beyond the conversation.

Speaking & Facilitation

Keynotes, panels, and workshops that don't just inform — they shift something. Trusted by audiences across the UK.

Event Design

Experiences built with intention, from concept to room. For organisations and communities that want people to leave different from how they arrived.

I also work with young adults.

If you're looking for someone to speak to, mentor, or build experiences for your young adult community — I'd love to hear from you.

“These terms - ‘diversity’ ‘equality’ and ‘inclusion’ are nothing if true justice isn’t the goal. To seek justice is to seek peace and love, unreservedly. ”
